Red velvet cheesecake brownies: the recipe to share with your partner

For the Red Velvet batter:
115 g of butter
200 g of granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
1 blob of red food coloring
1 tsp of distilled white vinegar
100 g of flour
20 g of cocoa powder
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon (optional)
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tsp of baking soda
150 g of white chocolate chips
For the cheesecake batter:
250 g of cream cheese
50 g of granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
75 g of crème fraîche
Directions:
Melt the butter and mix with sugar, egg, vanilla, vinegar and food coloring. Then mix the dry ingredients and integrate the two mixtures. Finally add the chocolate chips and pour in a baking tray.
Make the cheesecake batter and add into the baking tray. Bake at 350°F (180°) for 25-30 minutes.
