Veneziane brioche: fluffy, soft and so yummy!

Fluffy and delicious, they are perfect for breakfast! 
 
INGREDIENTS
450 g flour
1 bag of yeast
75 grams of sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
Patisserie cream
150 ml of milk
125 ml of yogurt
1 tsp of salt
 
METHOD
  1. Combine ingredients, flour, yeast, sugar, then mix and add vanilla extract, eggs, butter and yogurt, as well as salt, and then mix in a fine paste. Divide the dough into balls and let them stand for half an hour. Whisk patisserie cream.
  2. After half an hour, coat the balls of the dough with the egg, apply on each cream and almond leaves.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees, 13-15 minutes.
