Fluffy brioche: the secret to make them delicious!

Thereโs nothing easier than making these sweet and fluffy brioches!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
520g of flour
10g beer yeast
80g of sugar
80g of corn oil
250g vanilla yogurt
30g of milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract

METHOD
- Combine milk, yeast, a little sugar, yogurt, residual sugar, vanilla extract, oil, little by little flour and mix.
- Cover and leave in a warm place to come.
- Whisk patisserie cream.
- Roll out the dough to 1 cm, make shapes, coat with egg and decorate with cream.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
