Fluffy girelle with cherries: the recipe to surprise your guests

Dough:
125 ml milk
25 gr dry yeast
2 eggs
3 tbsp of sugar
30 gr oil
400 gr flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package of vanillin
300 gr cherries in syrup
Directions:
In a large bowl melt the yeast into the milk. Add eggs, sugar, oil, salt, vanillin and finally add flour. Leave for about 2 hours.
Then divide the dough in some balls, spread and fill each one. Make the girelle and leave for 30 minutes. Top each one with egg brush and bake at 400°F (200°) for 18-20 minutes.
