INGREDIENTS
250 g (8.8 oz) flour;
25 g (0.8 oz) butter, room temperature;
50 g (1.7 oz) sugar;
1 egg yolk;
1 egg;
1 tsp vanilla extract;
½ tsp dry yeast;
A pinch of salt;
Powdered sugar for decorations.
METHOD
Mix butter with sugar until smooth, then add vanilla, a whole egg, an egg yolk and beat using a hand mixer.
Combine flour with salt and yeast, add egg and butter mixture in and knead the dough to combine. Add some milk or warm water if the dough is hard to work with.
Wrap in plastic and set aside for 1 hour. Cut into half and roll out as thin as possible using a pasta machine or regular dough roller.
Cut the dough into squired and make 2 slits in the center.
Fry each piece of the dough for 3-4 minutes or until golden, bubbly and crispy.
Serve dusted with powdered sugar.

1 bag of Baker Yeast
2 tbsp sugar
FOR CHARGING

1 crust 1 grated lemon
2 crusts 2 grated oranges
METHOD
Combine flour, dry yeast, two tablespoons of sugar, and in a separate bowl 2 eggs, milk, oil, and add little to little flour in that mixture, knead the fine dough.
Cover and let stand for half an hour. Prepare a mixture of sugar, orange peel, lemon peel and stir. Divide the dough into two parts, spread one part, nail it, coat the edges with water, wrap and cut. Oven in oil.

• 50g cottage cheese
• 30ml milk
• grated zest of half an orange
• 5g baking powder
• icing sugar
• frying oil
METHOD
Knead all ingredients in a bowl except milk.
Start mixing everything well with a fork, and as the dough becomes more smooth, start kneading with your hands.
Add milk a little while mixing everything.
Form a ball and leave for 20 minutes.
Take the dough and roll it out not too thin with a rolling pin, remove the thin strips and wrap them around a greased steel.
Heat the oil.
Fry Falling stars.
Roll in icing sugar while they are still hot.
