Crunchy homemade buns: the recipe to make them at home step by step!

The scent of these freshly baked buns will leave you speechless!
INGREDIENTS
sour cream – 1 cup
hot water – 1 cup
salt – 1 1/2 tsp
sugar- 1 tsp
flour – 3 1/2 cup
yeast – ½ pcs
baking soda – 2 tsp
oil

METHOD
- Pour hot water into the mixing bowl. Add sour cream, sugar and yeast. Mix. Add flour and mix well. Allow resting for 30 min.
- Divide into 8 parts. Make bread rolls. Sprinkle them with flour and cut a knife on the side.
- Pour water into the pan and insert it into the oven. Bake at 230 C.
