Fluffy stuffed bread: how to prepare this delight

Ingredients:
1 kg flour
18 g salt
200 g sugar
500 g milk
Orange zest
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
84 g fresh yeast
6 yolks
90 g of oil
700 g chocolate cream
Directions:
Mix the flour with salt and sugar. Then mix the milk with orange zest, fresh yeast and vanilla essence. Pour into the dry ingredients and add yolks and oil. Make a dough and leave for 2 hours. Then spread it, fill and make the braids. Leave for other 2 hours and top with egg brush. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 45 minutes.
