Soufflé omelette: a great tip to make it perfect

Ingredients:
5 eggs
Salt, pepper and oregano
2 tbsp of flour
Oil
500 ml milk
Directions:
Mix the flour with some milk.
Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and oregano.
Add flour, oil and finally milk.
Pour the mixture in a mold and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
