Phyllo cabbage roll: a crispy and mouthwatering idea

Ingredients:
1 onion
1 carrot
1 cabbage
1 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of tomato sauce
3 eggs
100 ml milk
2 tbsp of sour cream
Salt and pepper
Phyllo dough
Directions:
chop the onion and grate the carrot. Brown all in a pan with butter.
Add the cabbage and tomato sauce. Beat the eggs with milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Fill and roll the phyllo dough. Cut and place in a mold, pour the egg mixture and bake at 356°F for 35/40 minutes.
