INGREDIENTS
6 organic tangerines
80ml milk
250g sugar
3 eggs
300g flour
1 packet of baking powder (16g)
100ml vegetable oil
METHOD
1. Wash and slice the tangerines and then blend them. Add the sugar and milk and keep blending.
2. Add the eggs and flour. Lastly, add the baking powder.
3. Blend for 5 minutes or until you obtain a frothy and smooth batter.
4. Pour the batter into a buttered cake pan and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
5. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

INGREDIENTS
• 6 tangerines ⠀⠀
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 200ml fresh cream
• 400g yogurt
• 60g Sugar ⠀⠀
• 15g gelatin
• 50ml Water
• 1 can tangerines in syrup
• 5g gelatin
• 1 tbsp water
Crust
• 180g crushed cookies
• 90 g melted butter

METHOD
Mix cookie crumb and melted butter, form a bottom.
Peel the mandarin and cut into two halves.
Whip the cream and add the rest of the ingredients (melt the gelatin with water)
Pour into a mold and refrigerate in the refrigerator until it hardens. Place the canned mandarin syrup in a bowl and heat it for 2 minutes. Add gelatin, dissolve and mix, add tangerines from the can and mix. Put the mandarin slices on the cake
Cool again in the refrigerator until it hardens.

2 tbsp olive oil;
1 ½ tsp baking powder.
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Grease bundt cake pan with a little bit of butter.
Whisk egg yolks with half of the sugar, olive oil, tangerine zest and juice.
Beat egg whites with leftover sugar until stiff peaks form.
Combine baking powder and flour. Add dry ingredients into the yolk mixture and stir to make a smooth batter. Fold in stiff egg whites.
Pour an airy batter into the cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool down before removing from the pan and serving topped with powdered sugar.
