Tuna and potato fritters: the most delicious patties ever!

Just tuna, potatoes and 1 egg. You won't be able to stop at one!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
300 g (10 oz) potatoes;
180 g (6 oz) canned tuna, drained;
Salt to taste;
1 egg;
½ onion.
METHOD
- Chop and saute onions until slightly golden over medium heat using some olive oil.
- Boil potatoes in the skin, leave to cool down, peel and mash with canned tuna. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add onions and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Combine potato mixture with one egg.
- Preheat oil over medium heat to 180C/350F. Place tablespoonfuls of potato mixture into the batter and cook fritters until deep golden and very crispy (around 3-4 minutes).
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
