How to make a perfect butter cream

Ingredients:
3 egg whites
150 gr sugar
Vanilla extract
450 gr butter
Directions:
Put the sugar into the egg whites and melt it with a water bath.
Put the sugar into the egg whites and melt it with a water bath.
Hight speed mixing until the eggs cool. Finally add the vanilla extract.
Mix well and add butter.
