INGREDIENTS
eggs
salt
pepper
stale bread
water or mill
cheese
cream cheese
 
METHOD
1. Soak the bread with milk or water.
2. Mix the eggs with salt, pepper, cheese.
3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
