Crispy mini squares: the tasty snack to enjoy your time

Ingredients:
1 kg of flour
500 ml of water
500 g minced meat
400 g onion
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon flavor
1 tablespoon of paprika
Directions:
Dough: mix flour, salt and water to prepare a soft and uniform dough. Divide it in three parts and let them rise for about 2 hours.
Brown the onion and the meat, add the spices and set aside.
Spread the dough, add some oil and cut it as the video shows. Make the squares and bake at 400°F (200°) for 25/30 minutes.
