INGREDIENTS

chicken

salt

pepper

butter

oil

100ml beer

thyme

parmesan cheese

METHOD

1. Cook the chicken in a pan for 10 minutes with butter, oil, salt, pepper and beer.
2. Add the parmesan cheese and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Serve warm.
