Savory stuffed rolls: a simple recipe to make a tasty appetizer

Ingredients:
600 gr of flour
450 ml of hot water
1 spoonful of salt
500 gr of ricotta
Salt to taste
Oil to taste
Preparation:
In a bowl mix the flour with hot water and salt. Work everything until you obtain a homogeneous and soft mixture. Divide it into equal portions and then let it rest for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, mix the ricotta with a little salt.
Roll out each portion and stuff with ricotta, roll up and place in the pan. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 30 minutes.
