2-way poffertjes: these mini pancakes are addictive

Ingredients:
200 gr flour
1/2 fresh yeast
350ml milk
100g sugar
70g butter
1 egg
pinch of salt
Vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, yeast and milk. Then add the egg, salt and vanilla. Mix well and pour the batter in a bottle for the sauce. Cook the poffertjes, you can fill them with chocolate or not.
