Chicken cacciatore: succulent and tasty recipe

Chicken cacciatore is an easy-to-make, yet delicious recipe.
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken drumsticks
500g peeled tomatoes
300g cherry tomatoes
Celery, onion and carrot to taste
Aromatic herbs to taste
Black olives to taste
Parsley to taste
Salt, pepper, olive oil
Red wine to taste
Directions:
Sauté the chicken drumsticks in a saucepan. Then add the celery, onion and carrot and the aromatic herbs, after a few minutes pour in red wine and allow to simmer.
Then add the tomato and cook for a few minutes. Remove the aromatic herbs and add the salt. Cook over low heat and check from time to time. After 30 minutes, add the olives and cook until the sauce has reduced down. Add the parsley and serve.
