Chocolate fried bombs: how to make them very delicious

Ingredients:
400 gr flour
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
1 tablespoon of dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 pinch of salt
200 ml milk
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Directions:
In a bowl pour the flour and add salt, sugar, yeast and butter. Then add the egg, milk and vanilla sugar. Work everything and form a uniform dough. Let it rise for at least 2 hours. Then roll out the dough and cut the discs.
Fry in hot oil and fill with chocolate cream.
