Potato rosti fritters: a unique idea for a super tasty dinner!

These are delicious and crunchy fritters made with grated potatoes. Plus, they're a great snack idea for the kids.
 
INGREDIENTS
• 500g peeled potatoes
• 125g ham (or bacon)
• 1 shallot (or onion)
• some flour
• salt
• pepper
•nutmeg
 
METHOD
  1. Grated peeled potatoes.
  2. Add finely chopped onions, chopped ham, salt, pepper, nutmeg and a little flour. Mix.
  3. Fry in a pan with a small amount of oil.
