Cabbage stuffed rolls: the alternative way to enjoy vegetables

Ingredients:
1 kg of cabbage
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 chopped onion
nutmeg
Grated cheese
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
chopped vegetables (celery, parsley and carrot)
400 g of fresh ricotta
500 g ground meat
1 glass of white wine
Olive oil
Preparation:
Remove the leaves of the cabbage and cut the smaller ones into chunks.
Boil the large leaves in salted water for a few seconds.
Sauté the garlic and onion paté, add the chopped vegetables and then the minced meat. Add salt, pepper and add wine to blend.
Finally add the cabbage into chunks and let it soften.
Remove from the heat and mix the mixture with ricotta, eggs, cheese and stuff the cabbage leaves. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20-30 minutes.
