No bake dessert in the cups: creamy, easy and so yummy

Ingredients:
Cream:
1 liter of milk
150 gr flour
150 gr sugar
1 package of vanillin
3 tbsp of butter
Syrup:
100 ml water
3 spoons of sugar
Chocolate sauce:
100 ml cream
100 gr dark chocolate
Rusks to taste
Preparation:
Dissolve the sugar in the water and wet the rusks.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix it with flour and sugar.
Then add the milk and let it thicken, finally integrate the vanillin.
Melt the chocolate in the cream and assemble your dessert.
Leave in the fridge for an hour and serve.
