Stuffed Arabic bread: the tasty alternative that you'll adore

Ingredients
300 ml kefir or milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
30 ml oil
500 gr flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
Stuffed:
400 gr ricotta
150 gr grated cheese
Parsley
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Pour the milk into a bowl and add salt, egg, oil, flour and yeast. Knead the dough until you have a soft dough. Let it rest for 15/20 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the ricotta with parsley, cheese, salt and pepper.
Divide the dough into equal portions, roll out and stuff them.
Cook in a pan with oil.
