Sweet and sour chicken: the quick and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
Sauce:
1/3 Cup Pineapple Juice
4 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce or (2 Tbsp Ketchup & 2 Tbsp Chili Sauce)
1 Tbsp White Vinegar
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Chicken:
1 lb Chicken Breast (Cut into cubes)
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Corn starch
1/2 Cup All purpose flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Cup Oil
Stir-fry:
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1/4 Onion
1/2 Bell Pepper
Pineapple Cubes
1 Tsp Slurry (1/2 Tsp Corn Starch mixed with 1 Tsp Water)
Garnish with Sesame Seeds
Directions:
Mix the ingredients to make the sauce and set aside.
Mix the chicken with eggs and then mix flour, cornstarch, pepper and salt. Pass the chicken inside and fry well.
Brow the garlic and add onion, bell pepper, pineapple and slurry.
Add the sauce and the chicken in the pan, mix well and serve.
