Stuffed mushrooms: an easy and tasty side-dish to try!

These stuffed mushrooms are the ultimate delicious appetizer for any occasion!!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 9-10 pcs. large champignons
• 220g chicken fillet
• 1 onion
• 70g sour cream
• 100g cheese
• salt
•black pepper
• 1 tsp dried garlic
• ½ tsp dried parsley
• ½ tsp dried basil
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
METHOD
- Remove the stem from the mushrooms. Slice. Chop the onion. Chop the chicken. Fry onions, add mushrooms and filet. Salt, pepper, add dried garlic, parsley, basil, sour cream, nutmeg.
- Stuff mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C (355°F). Sprinkle with herbs.
