How to prepare a fluffy and delicious sponge cake

Ingredients:
5 egg white
1 pinch of salt
150 gr sugar
100 ml milk
100 ml oil
1 package of vanillin
1/2 package of baking powder
200 gr flour
5 tbsp of coconut flour
Cocoa powder as you need
5 yolks
150 gr sugar
1/2 glass of milk
1/2 glass of oil
150 gr flour
1/2 package of baking powder
1 package of vanillin
Chopped walnuts
Directions:
Whip the egg whites with salt and sugar. Then add milk, oil, vanillin, baking powder, flour nd coconut flour.
Whip the yolks with sugar and add milk, oil. flour, baking powder, vanillin and chopped walnut.
Assemble the cake into the mold and add cocoa powder too.
Bake at 340°F (170°) for 40 minutes.
