The éclair recipe: make them easily and enjoy with your family

Ingredients:
400 ml water
1 teaspoon salt
300 gr flour
8 eggs
1/2 glass of oil
Custard
250 ml whipping cream
Milk and white chocolate for garnish
Directions:
Bring the water to the boil with the salt, then add the flour and mix well until the dough detaches from the edges.
Transfer the dough to a mixer and add the eggs and oil.
Put the dough in the piping bag and form the desserts.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
Then mix the custard with the whipped cream and fill. Look with the melted chocolate and serve.
