Graffe spirals: a beautiful, easy and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
250 gr flour
1 egg
2 spoons of butter
3 pinches of salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons of custard powder
Warm water
Directions:
Start mixing flour, salt, baking powder and cream powder. Separately mix egg, water and yeast. Add the two compounds and add the butter. Let stand until doubled in volume.
Then divide the dough into several portions and let stand for 15 minutes.
Form the spirals, let them rest for another 15 minutes and fry them.
Pass them in sugar and cinnamon and serve.
