3 alternative to the usual bread recipe!

1) How to make easy bread at home
 
INGREDIENTS
• 800g wheat flour
• 540g water
• 25g salt
• 7g dry yeast
 
METHOD
1. Place the flour with dry yeast and salt in a bowl and mix well
2. Add water and mix.
3. Cover the dough and let rise for 1 hour
4. Press the dough slightly flat, and then fold (at least 3 times)
5. Place the dough in a hot Dutch oven, cover and bake at 250°C/480F for 30 minutes.
6. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and continue bake for 20 minutes so that the bread turns brown
7. When the bread is ready, remove the Dutch oven and let the bread cool for at least 1 hour before slicing it.

2) Sesame bread
 
INGREDIENTS
Hot water 50 ml
Cold water 120 ml
Sugar 40 gr
Yeast 15 gr
Condensed milk 20 gr
Wheat flour 200 gr
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Bicarbonate 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds 40 gr
Oil 15 grams
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl add hot water and cold water, add in sugar and yeast, mix it well. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Add in condensed milk.
  3. In another bowl mix flour with salt and bicarbonate, add in liquid and vanilla, mix it well.
  4. Let it rest for 30 minutes, mix it with oil and let it rest for 2 hours more.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, dip each piece into sesame seeds, roll it into a circle and fry into the hot oil.

3) Basic homemade bread
 
INGREDIENTS
 150g (5 oz) warm water;
 200g (7 oz) flour;
 1 tsp fresh yeast;
 500g (1 pound) flour;
 350ml (12 oz) warm water;
 2 tsp fresh yeast;
 2 tsp salt;
 3 tbsp olive oil.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk 1 tsp of fresh yeast into the warm water. Pour yeast solution into a bowl with 200 g of flour and stir to combine. Cover and set the dough aside for 30 minutes.
  2.  Add leftover yeast into the warm water. Mix flour with salt.
  3.  Pour yeast solution and olive oil into the flour and knead to make a smooth dough. Add starter dough that you made before and knead to combine.
  4.  Cover the dough and set aside until doubled in size.
  5.  Transfer the dough onto a floured surface. Fold it a couple of times and form into a loaf, making sure to left plenty of air inside.
  6.  Bake at 180C/350F for 20 minutes, then rise the temperature to 200C/400F, remove the lid of the pan and bake for another 25-30 minutes.
