Meatballs with sauce and cheese: the meal full of flavor

Ingredients:
500 gr minced meat
1 tbsp od breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 onion
1 tsp pepper
1,5 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp of cumin
200 gr gouda cheese
100 ml cream
100 ml water
1 tbsp of tomato paste
30 gr butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp thyme
Directions:
Mix the minced meat with spices, chopped onion, oil, breadcrumbs, egg, oil, salt and pepper. Make the meatballs and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
heat the water with cream, spices, tomato paste and butter.
Pour on the meatballs, add cheese and bake for other 5 minutes.
