Fried mini bombs: the easy recipe to surprise your guests

Ingredients:
300 gr flour
2 spoons of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 package of dry yeast
1 package of vanillin
1 tbsp butter
Coconut flour
Preparation:
In a large bowl pour the water and dissolve the yeast. Then add sugar, salt, vanillin and butter. Finally add the flour and form a uniform dough. Let rise until doubled and then roll it out and cut many discs. Let them rest for 20 minutes and then fry them. Finally pass them in the coconut flour.
