Savory croissants: they are perfect for a party!

The recipe that will feed a crowd!
INGREDIENTS
• 600g flour
• 8gfresh brewer's yeast
• 15g sugar
• 2 whole eggs
• 200ml warm milk
• 6g salt
• butter
• 1 yolk
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp milk
• sesame seeds
• poppy seeds
Ingredient 1stfilling:
• cream cheese
• ham slices
•salad
• tomato slices
• pitted olives
Ingredients 2nd filling:
• cream cheese
•salad
• slices of smoked salmon
• pitted olives
Ingredients 3rd filling:
• cream cheese
• prosciutto
•salad
• pitted olives
METHOD
- Knead the dough. Let rise. Divide the dough into servings. Roll cakes. Lay the cakes on top of one another, greasing with butter. Roll. Cut the cake into triangles, roll the croissants. Put on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Let rise.
- Combine yolk, salt, olive oil and milk. Grease the croissants. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and poppy seeds. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (355°F).
- Fill with fillings.
