INGREDIENTS
600g potatoes
100g parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
250g flour
ham
cheese
METHOD
1. Boil the potatoes or cook them in the microwave for about 10 minutes. Mash the potatoes and add the flour, and the Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
2. Spread out the mixture on a sheet of parchment paper and cut out some circles.
3. Place cheese and ham on one circle and make a calzone.
4. Pour some olive oil in a pan and cook each calzone for 5 minutes on each side.
5. Your potato calzone is ready to serve!

DIRECTIONS
1. Mash the boiled potatoes and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
2. Mix in the egg yolk, baking powder, flour, and water.
3. Let the mixture rest for at least 15 minutes, then shape it into balls.
4. Press a cube of cheese and some ham in the center of each ball.
5. Seal each ball well and then deep fry them.
6. Let them cool a bit before serving.
