• 1 tsp yeast
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• ¼ cup water
• powdered sugar

70g Melted butter

600-650g Flour
10g Baking powder
METHOD

METHOD
- Mix kefir, salt and eggs and gradually, add the flour mixed with baking powder, then add the butter, greens and the rest of the flour. Leave the dough covered with foil to come over.
- Cover the work surface, roll out the dough to 1 cm thick and cut cubes, 5 x 5 cm.
- Heat oil and bake bread squares.
