Fluffy apple brioche: you've never seen a dessert like this one!

A soft, sweet, easy to shape brioche bread filled with juicy cinnamon apples: the perfect sweet treat!
INGREDIENTS
Prepare the yeast mixture:
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of flour
50 ml of warm water
15 g of dry yeast
Dough Ingredients:
600 gr flour
250 ml milk
100 gr of sugar
Lemon peel
Vanilla sugar
1 egg
30 ml of oil
50 gr butter
Charging:
4 apples
4 tbsp of sugar
Lemon juice
40 gr butter
For coating:
1 egg
1 tbsp of water
1 tbsp of oil
For spreading:
100 gr of sugar
100 gr butter
100 grams of flour
METHOD
- Make a fine dough, combine the flour with the mixture you previously prepared with the yeast, then add the other ingredients. Cover the dough and let it stand for 2 hours.
- In a frying pan, fry the diced apples with lemon juice and sugar.
- Roll out the dough by adding some more flour as needed, then cut the dough and fill each slice with apple and roll as in the video. Fill the dough into a 25 cm mold into a circle.
- When you have filled the mold with the stuffed dough, cover it with a kitchen cloth and let it come in. Then coat it with egg, water and oil mixture. Sprinkle coated dough with sugar, flour and butter mixture and bake at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
