Salmon in Puff Pastry Baskets; a delicious starter with a few ingredients!

Perfect as an appetizer or side dish for tany occasion. This recipe is really easy!
INGREDIENTS
400g puff pastry
350g smoked salmon
1 lemon
Parsley
Almonds
1 egg yolk
Milk
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
METHOD
- Chop the fish, chop the parsley, then combine the fish, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, olive oil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Cut the puff pastry into 20 cubes, place the cubes in a muffin mold that you previously coated with butter.
- Coat the dough with egg yolk and milk and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Then place fish in each marinade and sprinkle with almond leaves.
