1) Ice cream filled Panettone
INGREDIENTS
one panettone
chocolate chips, as needed
dark chocolate, as needed
500g of ice cream
one panettone
chocolate chips, as needed
dark chocolate, as needed

METHOD
1. Cut off the bottom of the panettone. Carefully remove part of the crumb.
2. Fill with your favorite ice cream. Alternate the layers of ice cream with pieces of panettone.
3. Seal the bottom, place in a plastic food storage bag and freeze for about one hour.
4. Drizzle the top with melted dark chocolate and chocolate chips.
5. Take the panettone out of the freezer about 15/30 minutes before serving.

50g sugar
chocolate chips
200ml whipped cream
panettone
METHOD
1. Mix ricotta cheese with sugar, whipped cream and chocolate chips.
2. Cut the panettone into slice and put them into a baking pan.
3. Add the cream and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Serve with powdered sugar!

INGREDIENTS
3 slices of panettone ( you can use any type of panettone)
200g mascarpone cheese
a teaspoon of hazelnut cream
a teaspoon of espresso coffee.

METHOD
- Dip the slices of panettone in a coffee and milk mixture.
- Spread the mascarpone and hazelnut cream over them and roll everything up using a sheet of cling wrap.
