Savory stuffed bread: the simple recipe to surprise your guests

Ingredients:
150 ml milk
150 m and water
70 ml oil
2 spoons of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of instant yeast
1 egg
300 gr flour
70 gr butter

Potatoes, squash or cold cuts for stuffing
Directions:
In a bowl mix milk, water, oil, sugar, salt and yeast. Finally add the flour and form a homogeneous mixture. Add the butter and let rise until doubled.
Then roll out the dough, stuff it and roll it up. Place the rolls in a pan and let them rest for 20 minutes. Then brush an egg yolk and bake at 400°F (200°) for 35 minutes.
