Apple brioche donut: so delicious and easy to make!

This apple brioche looks festive, a delicious bread during Holiday brunches. Made with apple, cinnamon, and homemade dough, it's irresistible!
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
warm water - 230 ml
yeast - 11 gr
eggs - 2 pcs + 1 (for greasing)
sugar - 70 gr
salt - a pinch
vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
flour - 600 gr
Filling:
apples - 3-4
sugar - 100 gr
Icing;
sour cream - 2 tbsp (with slide)
sugar - 1 tsp
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together water, sugar and yeast, add in eggs, salt, oil and flour, mix the dough with your hand.
- Leave for 30 minutes.
- Cut the apples into slices.
- Roll out the dough, sprinkle with sugar and put apple slices into 3 rows, then wrap it like a roll. Cut into 10-12 slices and put it into prepared baking pan. Bake at 180 ‘ C( 356 F ) for 40 minutes.
- Mix sour cream with sugar and pour it onto the prepared cake.
