Ingredients:
800 gr potatoes
The juice of one lemon
Olive oil to taste
2 cloves of garlic
salt
1 tbsp of oregano

Directions:
Blend oil, lemon juice and garlic. Cut the potatoes into wedges and mix them with the mixture. Then add salt, pepper and oregano. Bake at 340°F (170°) for 45 minutes.
