Apple brioche: fluffy and moist like never before!

Here're all the secrets to make the fluffiest apple brioche ever!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
warm water - 230 ml
yeast - 11 gr
eggs - 2 pcs + 1 (for greasing)
sugar - 70 gr
salt - a pinch
vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
flour - 600 gr
Filling:
apples - 3-4 pcs
sugar - 100 gr
Fill:
sour cream - 2 tbsp
sugar - 1 tsp
METHOD
- Mix warm water, yeast, sugar, salt, eggs, oil. Then gradually add the flour and mix into a fine paste which is covered with foil and leave for 2 hours.
- Coat the work surface with oil, spread the dough to 1 cm thick, sprinkle with sugar and arrange the apples in three rows.
- Roll out the dough and cut into slices. Coat the kuglof mold with melted butter and line the dough with a beaten egg and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Prepare sour cream and sugar. Pour over the apple brioche.
