Crunchy pinwheels: a sweet treat you'll fall in love whit!

An awesome treat ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
egg 6 pcs.
salt 1 tsp
flour 350 – 400 gr
oil for frying
powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Whisk eggs and salt, add sifted flour and whisked eggs. Knead the dough and leave covered with foil for 30 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle the flour over the work surface, knead the flour and spread out on a thin paste of 1-2 mm. Then cut strips 3, 5 cm thick.
  3. Roll the strips on a stick and bake as shown in the video using hot oil.
  4. Sprinkle pinwheels with powdered sugar.
