Stuffed calzoni: the easy recipe to make them at home

Ingredients:
300 gr flour
150 gr yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon vinegar

Cheese q.b.
Spinach q.b.
Cheese q.b.

Directions:
In a bowl mix the flour with yogurt, salt, yeast and vinegar. Form a compact dough and let it rest for an hour.
Then roll it out and form little cakes. Roll out each dough and stuff it (remember that you can fill them as you prefer).
Fry them in hot oil.
