1) Puff pastry ideas
1 recipe
INGREDIENTS
• 1 pack puff pastry
• 4 mini sausages
METHOD
Cut the dough into rectangles, make cuts on both sides and leave a mark with a fork.
Put sausages on the dough, wrap, cut in half and open the petals
Bake at 200C / 400F for 10-15 minutes

• 1 pack puff pastry
METHOD
Cut the dough into 4 squares, put the sausage and roll, make cuts with scissors and open the petals
Bake at 200C / 400F for 10-15 minutes

• 24 black olives
• 1 pack puff pastry
METHOD
Cut dough into thin strips, seal 2 ends and put 2 olives in the middle.
Put 3 dough strips with olives alongside and pinch them using wooden sticks.

2) Ham & Cheese Pinwheels
INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp dried dill
1 tbsp honey
1 package puff pastry
9 slices of ham
9 slices of cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan
3 tbsp chopped green onions
METHOD

METHOD
- Mix the mustard, dill and honey
- Spread the mustard sauce over the rolled dough.
- Add ham, cheese and sprinkle with parmesan and green onion.
- Roll it and cut into equal parts.
- Transfer to the baking sheet and bake at 190C/375F for 15 minutes.
- Decorate with green onion.

3) Puff pastry chicken legs
INGREDIENTS
Chicken drumsticks 8 pieces
Salt
Pepper
1/3 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
3-4 tbsp soy sauce
Slightly fried frying oil
Mayonnaise
Tomato
Grated cheese
1 pack Puff pastry
1 egg
sesame seeds
METHOD
Chicken drumsticks 8 pieces
Salt
Pepper
1/3 tsp ground coriander

1/2 tsp cumin
3-4 tbsp soy sauce
Slightly fried frying oil
Mayonnaise
Tomato
Grated cheese
1 pack Puff pastry
1 egg

METHOD
- Make holes in the meat with a fork. Season with salt, pepper. Add all other spices. Cool for 1-2 hours. In a pan a little vegetable oil, and fry.
- Wrap the bone in foil.
- Divide puff pastry into 8 parts. Put the drumstick in the dough, grease with mayonnaise, add tomato, cheese and wrap the dough in a bag.
- Put on a baking sheet, grease with an egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180C/350F for 40-45 min
