Georgian Cheese Stuffed Bread (Khachapuri)

Neither brunch nor pizza night will be the same when you try this khachapuri, the sensational cheese-stuffed Georgian bread with a runny yolk center!
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
100ml milk;
100ml water;
5g Dry yeast
1 tsp sugar;
1/2 tsp salt;
300g flour;
30ml sunflower oil.
Filling:
150g Hard cheese
150g Mozzarella
50ml milk;
salt to taste.
Also:
1 egg;
Butter;
2 eggs for the filling.
METHOD
- Knead the dough. Leave on for 15 minutes.
- Pour in sunflower oil and knead. Let rise 40 minutes.
- Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out two balls and let rise again. Cook the filling. Make a flat cake with your hands and put the filling in it.
- Twist in the form of a boat. Bake in the oven at 220C/430F for 15 minutes. Put an egg in the deepening of the baked boat and bake for 1 minute.
