Fluffy mini brioche: how to make these delights easily

Ingredients:
300 gr flour
150 ml hot water
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon dry yeast

Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, honey, the two types of yeast and water. Form a compact dough and let it rise for at least 2 hours.
Then roll it out and cut into triangles. Leave for 20 minutes and then fry them in hot oil. Pass them in the sugar and serve.
