Milk donuts: the recipe to make them fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
1 kg wheat flour
9 tablespoons of sugar
70 gr margarine
300 ml milk
3 eggs
20 gr dry yeast
5 gr salt

5 gr salt
Directions:
Melt the dry yeast into the milk and then add sugar. Mix and add eggs, salt, margarine and flour. Make a dough and leave for about 2/3 hours.
Then divide and spread the dough, make the donuts and cover for 30 minutes.
Finally topping with yolk and milk. Bake at 420°F (250°) for 20 minutes.
