Savory swivels with bell peppers: the easy idea for your appetizer

Ingredients:
400 gr flour
5 g yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
4 tablespoons of oil
50 ml warm water to dissolve the yeast
200 ml hot water
Filling:
2 onions
120 gr green pepper
120 gr red pepper
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of oil
Pepper, salt, grated cheese
Directions:
In a bowl pour the flour and crumble the yeast, pour the 50 ml of water to dissolve it. Add sugar, oil and water, stir until a compact dough is obtained. Let rise for at least 3 hours.
Filling: Cut the bell peppers and onion into small pieces and cook in a pan with oil. Then beat the eggs, add salt and pepper and pour into the pan. Cook the eggs and set aside.
Roll out the dough and stuff it, roll it up and cut the swivels.
Bake at 400°F (200°) for 30 minutes.
