Chocolate and caramel cake: the recipe make it fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
3 eggs
100 gr sugar
20 ml oil
80 gr flour
20 gr cocoa
10 gr vanilla sugar
5 gr baking powder
1 pinch of salt
300 g sour cream
100 g icing sugar
100 gr melted chocolate
Caramel:
50 ml water
150 gr sugar
60 gr cream
25 gr butter
Directions:
Cake: whisk the eggs with the sugar and oil. Then add the oil and sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Pour into a 20 cm mold and bake at 356°F (180°) for 25/30 minutes.
Whip the cream with sugar and melted chocolate.
Melt the sugar with water, then add cream and butter.
Cut the cake in half and fill it, then cover with the caramel.
