Almond sponge cake: the Italian recipe to make easily

Ingredients:
200 gr of flour 0
100 gr of corn starch
130 gr of sugar
100 gr of butter
4 medium eggs (yellow pasta)
50 gr of milk
16 gr of vanilla yeast
Peel of an orange
150 gr of flaked almonds
1 tsp of almond essence
Directions:
Soften the butter in a bowl and then add the sugar. Then add the first two eggs and work together. Then add the other two eggs.
Combine the starch with the flour and baking powder. Then sift and add to the mixture with the eggs. Also add milk, orange peel, almond flavoring and some flaked almonds.
Pour the mixture into a mold and cover with the almonds. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
